All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns/exchanges sent after this time will not be honored. Merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please allow approximately 7 business days for the processing of your return/exchange from the date we receive your package. Refunds to your credit card may take between 3-5 business days to appear on your credit record as your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they receive the information from us.
Please note we do not accept returns on jewelry or special order items.
MarchBoutique.com does not refund shipping charges.
